We have installation expertise for all the Technologies we can supply to our customers. Our decades of experience working in the Health and Social Care providing alarms, technical solutions and video equipment means we can provide a rounded and appropriate installation process which includes user training and advice on how best to use Technology. We install equipment usually for Local Authorities, and Health and Social Care Organisations throughout Greater London and the South East, but also supply and install directly for any individual that requires equipment and solutions to help manage their conditions.

We believe in staying in touch with our customers so our maintenance services are designed around that concept. 

Rather than seeing us when something goes wrong, we use preventative visits based on once, twice or 4 visits each year and try to find and solve problems before they escalate catastrophes. 

We also believe in making the most of Remote support using audio, video and computer technologies using the internet.  

We don't use Maintenance or Service to define our contracts, instead we term them as "Health Checks". 

Why Health Check? The use of Technology in Health and Social Care settings is more than just hardware and software. It should be designed to support the most vulnerable sections of society, which means it has to be appropriate and easy to uses and operate. Technology on its own wont work without correct use and proper responses. Health Check encompasses the appropriate use, correct training, and understanding of what Technology does.

Our Health Check Programs are designed to pre-empt issues relating to managing  

Technology Systems, battery replacement, staff involvement, user requirements and potential for equipment to become faulty due to age or damage.
